Fisherman's Festival

I really can't say enough good things about this local festival. They have great sponser and great ideas, it is free and celebrates the sea and it's bounty and the fishermen themselves. Thrown as a sort of welcome home celebration to the boats, It was FILLED with free crafts - Making wooden boats, spin painting frisbees, rubber fish texture prints, driving underwater robots, bouncy house, boat tours, up close and personal introductions to some sea life (rays, ever kind of fish imaginable) - click on the photo collage for easier viewing of all the events - I didn't want to overwhelm you with heaps of pictures so I heaped them all together.

Definitely put this festival on your calendar for next September.
