Dyn-O-mite!

My dad came through with the most amazing prop for the wild west dress-up.
Every old-school bank robber needs some dynamite...
Oh and some rope? I guess it's really the sheriff that needs the rope. Now if there were some train tracks around here...

So the dynamite's best feature is the light-weight, throw-able foam construction. All the supplies, if not in your father's garage, are easily found at the hardware store. Foam plumbing insulation tubes, red packing/duct tape and a little rope for a fuse.

Did I mention that dynamite tag is a new favourite game, you throw dynamite at each other and if you get hit/blown up you are it and get to throw the dynamite. It is awesome. Like dodge ball but with explosives...

I love the idea of "Dynamite Tag"! My brother used to be in charge of coming up with games for the kids to play on Wednesday nights at my old church, and this reminds me of something he'd come up with!

I'm loving your blog! I just posted about it over on my own blog. (I hope you don't mind!) Keep the fun ideas coming!
