We had some time to spare in Seattle on Friday, a couple of hours actually. We decided to go dragon hunting in the International district with our camera. The boys took most of these shots plus more. I think we found over thirty dragons! A bonus was that we did a lot of walking, but there was no complaining...they were too distracted looking for dragons.
The hunt was inspired by this book, Where's the Dragon? (Hardcover) by Jason Hook (Author), Richard Hook (Illustrator),which is a really fun interactive story. You can find many dragons on each page and the illustrations are really amazing.
Back to the International district of Seattle, It is such a great area to explore, especially the Asian Markets and bakeries. We ended the adventure at Uwajimaya where a giant dragon greeted us from the ceiling. We might have stocked up on some favourites there too like strawberry Pocky Sticks. Yum, I guess I should have bought a few more boxes for when I wrote this post...
