This wasn't a planned activity, but we had such fun I had to recommend it. As an intro I must confess - I have a crush on Japan, some nights I make soba or Miso soup and pretend I'm somewhere else. C and E had a long nap and so wanted in on my evening cold noodles, and with chopsticks to boot. A great way to learn chopsticks, they are far from experts but the combo of wooden take-out chopsticks and sticky cold noodles made it easier. Did I say yet that this was fun? We laughed a lot - very fun. Are there families on the other side of the world that think the fork is entertaining?
