who doesn't need a colourful hat? with a band of sturdy cardstock, some staples and a bag of feathers bought for 50 cents at a garage sale, we couldn't go wrong with this one. i also found that painters tape on the inside of the hat, post staples, was necessary to prevent scratches from the staples. the boys picked the feather colours and placement and i operated the stapler.
