We are big fans of this book: The Enormous Crocodile by Roald Dahl.
We had some of these felt pieces from some sets we have and then we had to create a few other characters from the book because lately we eat.drink.dream about crocodiles and alligators. This turned out to be a fun way to have the children tell the story back to me, and change the story around, create new endings, etc.
